1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order with Joyshine. By making a purchase you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are placing an order on behalf of a minor, you accept full responsibility for that order.

2. Intellectual Property‑Site Content

All text, graphics, logos, images, product templates, artwork and code displayed on this Site are the intellectual property of Joyshine. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our written prior permission.

3. User‑Submitted Custom Content (Critical for personalized orders)

When you upload photos, names, quotes, text messages, graphics or other content to customize your product ("User‑Submitted Content"), you agree to the following:

    1. You confirm that you own all copyright, trademark and portrait‑image rights, or you have obtained full written permission from the copyright owner and any person appearing in the photo.

    2. You shall be solely liable for all User‑Submitted Content. Joyshine accepts no responsibility if your uploaded material infringes third‑party copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other legal rights. You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless Joyshine against all claims, damages, legal fees and losses arising from your custom‑submitted content.

    3. You grant Joyshine a limited, non‑transferable license only to reproduce, print and produce your content for the sole purpose of fulfilling your specific order. We will not use your photos, text or designs for marketing, advertising or other commercial uses unless you give us separate explicit written consent.

    4. Joyshine reserves the right to review, reject, cancel or refuse production of any custom‑submitted content at our sole discretion. We may decline content that is offensive, unlawful, infringing, threatening, discriminatory or violates public standards. No refund will be issued if your order is cancelled due to prohibited uploaded content.

4. Orders, Modifications and Cancellations

    1. Once your payment is successfully submitted, your order enters our production queue. Personalized custom‑made products begin manufacturing quickly.

    2. After production has started, your custom‑order cannot be cancelled, modified or changed. This includes changes to names, text, photos, product size, color or shipping address.

    3. If you wish to cancel or adjust your order before production begins, you must send us an email request immediately. Joyshine cannot guarantee changes can be completed before production starts.

    4. We retain the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable product, violation of our content rules, or obvious pricing errors. If we cancel your order, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

5. Pricing, Payment & Taxes

All product prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars unless otherwise marked. Product prices do not include shipping fees, import duties, customs taxes or sales tax. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you complete payment. You are responsible for all import taxes, customs fees and local charges applied by your destination country when your parcel arrives. Joyshine does not collect or pay international customs duties on behalf of customers.

Tax Rates

    1. United States
Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address within the United States and may include applicable state, county, and local jurisdiction taxes. The final tax amount will be calculated at checkout in accordance with applicable tax rate.

    2. Canada
Taxes for orders shipped to Canada are calculated based on the shipping province and may include applicable GST, PST, HST, or QST.

    3. Other Countries & Regions
For orders shipped outside the United States and Canada, applicable taxes (such as VAT or GST) may apply depending on the destination country or region and local tax regulations. The applicable tax amount will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address provided.

6. Product Appearance & Color Variations

Colors you see on your computer, phone or device screen may differ slightly from the physical finished product, due to individual monitor and screen settings. Minor color differences will not be considered a manufacturing defect or valid reason for return or refund on personalized items. We make every reasonable effort to display product photos as accurately as possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

Joyshine shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or emotional damages arising out of your order or use of our website. Our maximum total financial liability for any single order shall never exceed the total purchase price you paid for that item.

8. Force Majeure

Joyshine is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, labor strikes, supply‑chain breakdowns, government restrictions, or courier service failures. In such circumstances we will suspend delivery timelines rather than issue automatic refunds.

9. Website Links to Third‑Party Sites

Our website may contain links to external third‑party websites. Joyshine has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content, privacy policy or terms of service of those external sites. Visiting third‑party links is at your own risk.

10. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website after changes go‑live means you accept the revised terms.
